Does Seducer work in Cyrodiil?

I have seen some people say it does and doesn’t. It’s not on the ZOS list, and I don’t want to waste mats if it’s not going to function.

I’m just lost on how Seducer is a proc. Seems like they don’t know what a proc is. Seducer is just there all the time, similar to New Moon..but that doesn’t work either.EP Nord StamDK PvP

✭Most people have this understanding of "proc" as something with a % chance of activating, but ZOS understands how the sets were coded far better than we do; it could very well be that Seducer was technically considered a proc and just gave 100% chance to reduce the cost of the next active skill by 10%. Regardless, I think most people would agree that removing all but 19 sets out of the several hundred that existed in the game was a poor decision, although there were apparently enough people that liked the change to convince ZOS to extend the duration of the test to 6 months before they finally reconsidered.0 -

Wacky ZoS programming. Every set that needs to perform additional check or grants an ability is a 'proc set'. Seducer needs to check if the ability you are casting is magicka ability. New Moon (and Seducer) needs to check if ability you are casting has a cost. Slimecraw or Rattlecage grants boon as long as they are active so server need to check if they are present every weapon swap so in ZoS sense its a proc.
In easier words: if the set has any cooldown or has any sort of % sign in 5piece description, it's a proc set in ZoS eyes.0
