Long load times post U29

Is anybody else getting long load times since U29 dropped (PC/NA)?
Prior to the update, I used to be able to do 11 or 12 sets of writs done in Vvardenfell in about 45 minutes. Now I struggle to get 10 done in an hour.
Some of the log out screens are even taking a minute or 2 to get back to the character select screen.

Avoranti✭✭✭✭✭I’m on PS4. We’ve had long loading screens for a while now. They did improve for about a week or so but for the last week or two they seem to have reverted to long load times again. In fact, the lag has increased 10 fold since the latest patch we’ve had.
I was hoping u29 would offer some improvements but I’ve been reading lots of you on PC are back to having long load times again. We get the update tomorrow. Hope it improves.0 -
khyrkat✭✭✭✭Because they said loading screens will be shorter with U29. So obviously they are longer, duh -_- at this point whenever I plan to relog or teleport I just go make tea or whatever
PC/EU overall has TERRIBLE performance. No other game I played - being in EU and playing on US servers for any game - had such bad performance. Indie studios have better teams to work things out, really.0
