No CP duel and DM BG

With the new CP cap increase, it would be great if we had a No CP dueling option. It is really hard to compete with similar skill level players when they're like 500 cp higher than you.
Regarding BG, can we please at least have a solo DM queue? Majority of BGers already ignore objectives and much prefer DM.
