Lightning Staff Heavy Attacks damage nearby enemies for 100% of the damage done.
It spread dmg to nearby enemies, BUT if the tick of that heavy attack kill the enemy, it wont spread to any enemies anymore. Tested in Vault of Madness on Feral Shriven mobs, it only spread when it doesnt kill enemy.
