Lighting Problems in Stone Eagle Aerie Housing

I bought the unfurnished version of this house, and I only have 105/700 slots full, but I am having trouble with the lighting furnishings in that house, namely the old Dwarven Chandelier, Framework that I crafted and added to it.
I moved the much brighter Polished chandelier from the entry to the room with the fireplace, and put this older crafted one in its place. Sometimes it is fully lit up, sometimes only one or two of the four lights in the chandelier actually emit light.

Sometimes I enter the house and it looks like this:
If I remove and replace it, sometimes it will light up a bit more but still not get fully lit.
Please look into this, if I am having lighting problems with this few slots filled, I am fearful that it will only get worse as I add more furnishings.
