sitting emotes

why aren't there sitting emotes? like sitting in and reading, sitting and writing, sitting and eating, sitting and drinking, sitting and faning ones self with the folding fan, sitting and playing with magic i figured it would be a cool thing to have since we see NPCs do them id live to be able to do them as well especially for RP also there should be new sitting animations for personalities and well as it would be cool if there were diff riding styles for hours and other mounts with diff personalities

✭There are emotes that put your toon in a sitting position. Maybe not the ones you suggested. I don't think many have really saw a need for those. I have often wondered why there isn't a whip cream eating emote or an egg beating emote.1 -

✭It's actually something that's been requested before... in MANY games. For some reason, they refuse to do it. The only game I've ever seen that lets you sit and eat, drink, read, etc. is Red Dead Redemption 2.

An emote called "own the throne" was datamined (see URL) . I wonder if it's the first seated emote or just like /sitchair.1 -

@volkeswagon You misunderstood OP. OP asks why there aren't emotes that work while sitting. Player characters basically loop between scratching head, folded arms and idk what else while sitting and it's very repetitive.That annoying dude on PC-EU.1 -
