Is Major Protection (from Psijic passive) an unlisted buff?

It appears that Major Protection -- when supplied by the Deliberation passive in Psijic Order skill line -- is just a totally invisible buff for me. It doesn't show up on the in-game buff tracker, nor via the S'rendarr addon; though the actual damage reduction itself seems to be working when tested while Meditating with wolves.
Anyone else experiencing this? Has it always been this way, or is this a new bug since the update, or what?

A bug since before this update, I think. There's a few buffs that no longer show up under S'rendarr which used to. (This includes Lycanthropy and Stage 1 Vampirism on another player, though it will still report these on your own characters.)1
