3,600 is a huge, daunting, immense steep number. You don't need 3,600 CP though.

I think earning CP after achieving level 50 is a vestige of veteran ranks. I think its a good idea to get players earning both CP and levels out the gate.
Rename CP experience to... Celestial attunement points? I don't know.
I'm already around 800 and accustomed to CP grind, so it has no effect on me.
But I can emphasize with new folks that go through the 50 level grind, hit the top, then realize their grind has only just begun, and they've got another 1,185 levels to get through before they're considered 'max level.'
I think by introducing this massive mechanic immediately, we can negate that gut punch realization.
Also you could institute CP improvements every 10 levels, starting at level 10.
Level 1-10: Passive CP only.
Level 10: 1 Major slot
Level 20: 2 major slots
Level 30: 3 major slots
Level 40: 4 major slots
Level 50: 5 major slots
You could also lock the first 150 points behind levels, so you start with 3 then each level until level 50 you gain 3 CP, for a total of 150 at level 50.
