No-Proc Cyrodiil on Console When?

Can we at least get a ball-park date on when the change is coming to console. This is an announced 6 month window for no-proc Cyrodiil, so will it be on console within a month? Two months? Will we get it for the last couple of weeks? A little heads up would be appreciated so that those who intend to play in this environment can start getting ready for it.
For all we know in console land, we'll spend the time and resources to prepare only to have it cancelled before it ever gets to console.
