So why is my ESO Character faster than my Leopard mount, when Champion distribution points are allocated, and in full speed mode.
Is my ESO Character tapping into the Flash Speed Force?

There's a hard speed cap on foot anyhow. And if you would rather not have the speed, you can always remove the points.1
