Ruins of Mazzatun cant be finished (bug)

Ruins of Mazzatun has a bug that doesent allow you to get past the 3rd boss. He just doesent spit the green "spice" at 50% health. Happend in 2 runs now and there is no fix for it. We reset the fight about 10 times slow dps, fast dps, nothing worked.
Since amberplasm is the only sustain set allowed in cyrodiil could you please hotfix the bug?
