No Proc sets in Cyrodiil - questions

Sorry I'm so late to the party. Just a couple of questions about this:
* no procs applies only to 5-piece sets? What about mythics and monster sets?
* does it only apply in Cyrodiil? What about BGs, duelling and IC?

They're all banned - in Cyrodiil.

You are literally limited to only the 19 sets.

*exception are single statlines like in 1-4 pieces of most 5 piece sets. Mythics and arena weapons are no exception

Which speaks more to lazy programmers than it does to the set itself.

It also raises the question of what happens to the handful of sets that have non-5-piece bonuses of 3% reduced damage from Players (e.g. two-piece Potentates). Are those sets losing not only their 5-piece bonus but their various one-piece bonuses as well?

What about Monster 1PC bonuses?

Those will still work since they are simply stats.

So you can were 1pc each of two Monster sets as long as they are just raw stats such as stamina, health, magicka, increase, a numerical damage increase, or any whole number buff is OK? But any thing that gives a % increase or chance is out?

Correct. A flat amount of pen or stam/mag/health or weapon/spell damage or armor is fine. % healing is not.

ETA: no named buffs either, which is why the 2nd piece of Chudan or Slimecraw won’t work.

What about Monster 1PC bonuses?

Those will still work since they are simply stats.

4 piece will also work but will generally be weaker but 5+4+3 has some merit.

This is one of the reasons why Potatos is not on the unaffected list. That % reduced damage line doesn’t work.

Nor does % healing taken or done work on any set, regardless of whether it’s a 1st piece (Monster), 2nd, 4th, etc.
