Warden's ultimate

Why bear? Why Warden use giant badger instead of some TES-themed creature? Need to replace bear with wamasu/haj-mota/giant serpent. Why are you using generic creature that is not even related to elder scrolls while you have beasts that actually are original and cool? Also, bear doesn't fit into warden's abilities. Warden already uses exotic and original TES creatures like cliff racers, fetchers flies, shalks and netch. Wamasu as ultimate would fit nice.

Bear fits cool, no need to change.

For some generic fantasy. How bear fit into wardens abilities while all beasts he using are came from Vvardenfell/BlackMarsh? Even warden-boss in BRP using wamasu. Using giant badger instead of a cool exotic beasts that already inhabits Nirn is a waste of potential.

i disagree. it's already hard enough to connect to the animals that were chosen for warden. if you have never played an elder scrolls game before, this is the most bizarre class ever. having a bear keeps it relatable and shackled to reality.

but also, mostly unrelated to this, the bear ultimate does need to undergo some changes to make it feel better to use, especially in pvp. i believe a fantastic start would be to lower its cast time by 1 second down to 1.5 seconds, to match that of sorcerer's pets. if i was able to cast the pet at a reasonable speed it would be a lot more usable on one bar as a burst damage ultimate.

should have introduced a taming skill line with warden
The bear ultimate feels so not so ultimate, should feel like "bezerking mama bear protecting baby bears"

Guardian's Wrath or "Claw" is technically the ultimate if you compare it to something like incapacitating strike, which has roughly the same base damage and cost. there are differences of course, but the reason it might not feel like an ultimate is because the animation and sound effect is extremely lackluster, the power is there though, if not extremely laggy. bear should absolutely teleport when using claw to make it much more workable, because pet ai is so bad, it can be extremely disjointed and hard to use sometimes it doesn't even work at all.

Hard? For those, who came from generic fantasy games? Should we remove everything that is "bizzare"? Well, the whole TES-lore would be erased then. I picked warden, cause its fit perfectly for my argonian beastmaster-RP. Most of the creatures he uses origins from Vvardenfell and BlackMarsh(cliff racers and netch according to lore). We already have an argonian-warden npc(boss in BRP) that uses Wamasu and Haj-Mota. We have durzogs, welwas, giant spiders, scorpions... Bear is the worst option for pet for Warden. It cannot compete with mighty wamasu. Personally, i would like to remove bear completely, but, it seems there are some strange people who like boring bear more than glorious TES beasts, so we need at least option to make change warden's ultimate pet personally to our preferences(may be morphs?). I just can't imagine someone would prefere trivial bear to well-designed Nirn-creatures in my non-generic TES. I don't like bear. I don't want to use it. I don't know anyone in my community who like it. This topic was already in the early discussions.

I wish they changed the Vvardenfell animal themed attacks, or gave different themes. They feel very weird on any character that isn't from Vvardenfell.
Wardens have a strong connection to Y'ffre and the green, with many being bosmer (but not all), and some connection to Glenmoril Wyrd. A deity that is rarely worshipped in Morrowind and people that exist on the other side of Tamriel. So why do they use so much Morrowind themed stuff? The only reasoning is because it was released with that chapter, but from a lore view it doesn't make much sense.

The bear is the most proper animal.
[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

totally agree. as the warden was meant to be a druid from eso, bear is an awesome choise. and the other skills can be changed to cast more animals from different zones

I think if ZOS ever explored more morphs (3rd, 4th, etc.), then something like what OP is asking for makes sense. Especially if they do different things. A Wamasu might be summoned, charge through enemies (stun them) like an aoe. A spider might do snares or poison damage. You get the idea.
