It’s time to enable CP battlegrounds with the new cp system.
Since Cyrodiil is ruined for the next few months and does not really function, CP players only left with the option to seek pvp at Imperial City, which is dead most of the time.

    Is a new thread really needed..... you really could have just necro'ed the one that already exists..... also no there is a reason that they decided to move away from cp bgs to no cp wich has a way quicker TTK than cp bgs did
    edit: also if proc lovers really want to use their proc sets so badly they can all just flood ic wich should have enough people then for some decent pvp..... unless there is not enough proc lovers
