Where can I see what things i have bought?

So I want to know which things I bought are bound to my Steam and which are bound to my ESO account. Because I was thinking of making a separate account and i don't want to lose half of my chapters.

Where can I see this?

As far as I know everything you bought is bound to your ESO account.

If you want to start over but still have access to chapters you've bought then you can switch to the other server (NA or EU, whichever you don't play on now), but if you do that you will lose crown store purchases because those are server specific, it's only things bought outside the game which are applied to both servers (because there is no way for the game to know which one you want it on).

I'm curious: why do you want a new account if you also want to keep the chapters you've already got. What's the benefits of doing that over starting a new character on your existing account? (Unless of course you've already got 18 characters and can't have more.)

Well I want to experience that "being completely new" feeling again. On my main server I have a lot of sets, money and a crafter there, so starting a new character doesn't really feel like I'm doing anything new. And of course CP which you can use from lvl 1
