Warden Class - "Ray of Frost" Skill Suggestion

I'm enjoying playing the Warden class, but would love to see ZOS add a "Ray of Frost" like skill to Winters Embrace. This would go a long way to fill the much needed role of frost mage and should not be terribly difficult to implement in the game. It would be awesome to see a frigid beam of blue-white light streaking towards enemies, with a chance to freeze them in-place. Thoughts?

with current frost skills(all class.. or defensive stick line...), we need something not bound by classes or weapons that covers all elements, its either magic, fire, or MOAR fire/magic(ignoring any stamina based skill line like puppy or FG).

maybe theres a tba skill rework of some unpopular morphs, or a new skill line when winterfell/blackwood comes.

Sounds like Ray of Frost from Diablo 3. Tbh there’s a huge amount of stuff in that game which could be converted well into ESO.
