Why does jorvuld extends the warhorn stat boost?

It makes sense for jorvuld to extend major force, but why the stat boost? Jorvuld only extends major and minor buffs so why is the stat boost increased to 42 seconds?

IIRC, the max stat buffs from Warhorn are all named Major buffs. The tooltip doesn't list them anymore (apparently), but the actual buffs will show up when Warhorn is active.

EDIT: Probably why Warhorn can't stack with itself, and instead just refreshes, come to think of it. So, even if it's not labeled as a Major/Minor buff, the stat increases may have been flagged on the backend.

it also does empower for necro healers, which is not a major buff. This may or may not be an oversight, but necro healer with Roaring/Jorv is pretty meta for most group comps

Well, I learned two new things from this thread (about Empower and hidden Warhorn buffs).

    Thank you knowledgeable posters!

It used to be called Major Empower, and is probably still part of that system despite the name being shortened.

Warhorn I have no explanation for, but it has little impact on gameplay since Warhorn is generally used far more often that the resource duration, to maximize Major Force uptime.

Yeah, Gerbil Guide is getting standardized, along with a few other proc sets that apply (or modify) buffs, so that you can't prebuff with them outside of combat. Clever Alchemist and 7th Legion are also on the slate this time (I think), though I honestly don't pay a lot of attention to it.

It's the same thing with Warhorn, it used to offer three Major Minor Buffs, one for each stat. Major Minor Toughness (which was removed) is the only name I remember. I, legitimately, do not remember what the Max Stam and Max Mag buffs were called. (And there's no other way to get them.)

EDIT: I looked it up, turns out, it used to offer Minor Toughness, not Major. So, the stam and mag buffs are probably "secret" minor buffs as well.
