Halls of torment lyris is missing

I’m in the halls of torment after killing the doppelgänger its says talk to your companion,lyris is not there where the arrow takes me looked everywhere, have put in ticket in game they keep telling me the same things to do and nothing is working so can’t advance in main quest. Can anyone help I’m on Xbox
