Immovability Potions Should not activate the new CP passives

On PTS, several new passives are currently triggered by using immovability potions. If left unchanged, these builds will dominate PVP. Please simply tie these passives to breaking free.

God, and the way zos works, everyone will think: Let's play argonian to really take advantage of the potion passive. Then they will think argonian is the problem instead of this and nerf argonian lol.

Is it provably stronger than other options tho? Just the fact that these combo well together doesn't mean that the build is intrinsically broken.

Assassins guile can make the immovable poisons have huge uptime too.

Please upvote this until the devs see. This is absolutely broken and overpowered.

Or maybe ZOS intends to blanket nerf CC to raise the floor?

I mean infused potion cooldown glyphs are a thing now. Clever alchemist is a thing now too.
I have also tried the build on an argonian. And it was very bad. Well, at least it was not as good as I hoped. You lose too much by not running weapon damage glyphs on your jewellery. Clever alchemist barely makes up for it, the damage was so low, I could not kill a stamblade in a 1v1. We were stuck in a stalemate for maybe a dozen minutes.
I agree, the pot chugging sustain on an argonian is very nice, but it costs a butt load.
The 10% mitigation and extra recoveries? Can be strong too. I agree, this might have too many things bound to one button, it should be tuned donw a little bit not because the effects are strong by themself but because if you tryin to min-max them.

And also consider adding Slippery to the above - and almost never have to actually manual use break free ever. Its cooldown of 21 sec basically aligns with potion cooldown.

So if you use the pot immediately after the immunity from slippery free break free ends (~8ish sec with hardened) there is only about 3 sec after the potion expire before slippery is off cooldown again.

I’m not sure f you give up too much too achieve this, but there is a fair bit of synergy going on.

    Nah, doubt it.

Your average player that needs the floor raised will not think of, or understand how these can all be used in combination.

Just a ZOS oversight as per usual.

I don't agree at all. There are too many CP and other passives related to CC for it not to be a conscious effort by the devs. I doubt they forgot that immunity potions and poisons exist. This seems designed to maximize those sources of immunity and provide an auto-CC break to cover while those sources are on cooldown.

    Auto-CC break
    Increased CC immunity duration
Damage Reduction while CC immune (note not when CC'd).
    Regen increased while immune
    Reduced sprint cost while immune
    Increased blocked damage while immune

Good or bad, it will definitely shake things up.

This isn't that broken. Think of it this way. Everytime you breakfree you get cc immunity for 5 seconds. Meaning this has an uptime of 5seconds every 6 seconds. If somebody is consistently ccing you like they should be, you pretty much have this up 80% of the time.
