If it is an accurate picture of in-game Gideon that would be amazing.
That poor Argonian. The Player Character really should look after him better. Get him some healing, and a helmet!
Again this Argonian with a Bright-Throat tribe sings. Still didn't get who is that — story character or decoration. Too bad that ZoS was too busy with being pride that they have 3 female characters in a cinematic.
It is worth paying tribute to the designer(s) who create an armor for the tail.

It would be very weird if it was not an Argonian chapter. I mean what else could it be if we are getting central parts of Black Marsh ?colossalvoids wrote: »I'm pretty sure it's Imperial year due to Oblivion anniversary and argonians were always the least liked race in all the polls which is telling. So... Is it Imperial male or Dunmer female?Elfdominion4 wrote: »This is companion! 🤦♂️ New system, oh... man.
I'm worried that it will be the same mixing of different themes as it was in Greymoor-Markarth where not a single theme was really done and all the DLCs is just a vampire march under a High Rock's atmosphere.RemanCyrodiil_I wrote: »Neither the Imperials nor Argonians will get the chapter to themselves, let alone the year - but I think there's a lot to be excited for with the direction they've taken with Blackwood of having that cultural clash. Not personally excited for the strong Daedric narrative though.

I was hoping for some Ayleid or even ex-Akaviri (yeah, lie-themed crates) lore, but there surely will be a lot of Mehrunes and Argonians (because of TES 4 and lore-master's favorite race).
But the first two companions will be not an Argonians.Elfdominion4 wrote: »Argonians in the trailer.

Idk... I think that most people will actually buy new chapter for an Argonian lore. It is probably the most unique culture & lore in a video RPG...
I think it's quite clear that this is neither a year of the Imperials or Argonians. It's a year of Dagon and the Gates of Oblivion - the Q4 DLC setting was already announced to be the Deadlands (Dagon's realm of Oblivion) near the start of the reveal event.
The Q2 chapter zone will be a mishmash of Imperial, Argonian and Daedric content with an Oblivion threat narrative driving the overall story.Tommy_The_Gun wrote: »I would not be surprised if Gideon was the "main", larger city of new chapter and Leyawiin more like a "starter" smaller city.
They did stress that a lot of their design freedom came with the Black Marsh section of Blackwood as opposed to the Cyrodiil zone - but Leyawiin is the capital and largest city of the zone (as it has gates so will have its own instance due to its size like Solitude and Markarth). Gideon appears to be an open city without gates so it might be a bit smaller, and it uses the Leyawiin Nibenese architecture, though this in accordance with the lore. Neither the Imperials nor Argonians will get the chapter to themselves, let alone the year - but I think there's a lot to be excited for with the direction they've taken with Blackwood of having that cultural clash. Not personally excited for the strong Daedric narrative though.
