Just logged into the PTS for the start of its 3rd iterations, and there are a number of problems. Given that it switched to the EU server copy, I now only have 810 CP to work with when trying to design a build that is viable for next patch. This is a huge problem because I don't have the CP I will have on live to adequately test what combinations of CP works best for what I want to do.
Additionally, the armor debuffs are STILL not working on the iron atronoch, which makes determining a build's dps output tedious when trying to compare to old builds. If I'm pulling 100k on my stamplar live, but only 55k on the PTS, how much of it is due to nerfs and how much is due to the lack of proper debuffs on the atronoch, and how much of it is improper CP allocation? There are too many variables to reliably test these builds on top of managing an entirely foreign CP system.
If you guys are used to kicking people from dungeons for low dps, give everyone like a two week grace period to actually test out this new patch, since we've already been robbed of 3 perfectly good testing periods so far.
ZOS, please make the "maximum character level" template actually maximum CP level so I can actually get some FREE, UNPAID TESTING done for you. And fix the debuff already. You've had 2 weeks!
