gifting unlocked notification

I already submitted an incident ticket (210205-007043) about this issue (My initial submission to to customer support is as follows "I am getting the gifting unlocked notification every time I log into the game. is there some way to get this to stop")

can anyone tell me how the response is anything to do with my exact issue (my response to what appears to be an automated response : The issue I am having is about the notification that gifting is unlocked and nothing to actually do with gifting itself. I get the NOTIFICATION every time I login, no matter if I click on delete the notification or otherwise. )

this is not game breaking, but an extreme nuisance. Can ANYONE please help.
