I'm not quite up to date but changing from a killing blow requirement to "dies within 2s after being damaged" sounds like it could proc more often. What's the internal cooldown now and on PTS?

Or am I blind and missing something else? You don't mean the stats per se, do you?

The killing blow requirement is the nerfed (new) version.

I think the nerf has to do with trial grps using it to gain a ton of ulti on trash fights before bosses?
On live everyone wearing the set can benefit from it, as long as they dmg the enemy before it dies, on pts only the person with the killing blow does.
They made it pretty clear that they want to do away with prebuff sets entirely, this falls in line with that sentiment.

oooooh noooooo my trial speed runsssssssss. Granted I am not a big pve trial guy myself but if anything zos is really good at is targeting the micro niche sh*t in the game that good players use. I miss my animation canceling and bursting people to another dimension that even their console explodes. SADLY we will just keep getting nerfed for the sake of the less capable and this is not just me its a sentiment from the few across all of the eso community worth damn salt in this game. NERFS FOR EVERYBODY but if you are bad player here you go just smash that heal block and proc wweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee or use the holy fur of fury.

One is green quality the other is gold quality. Are you sure this is a nerf? Have you tried looking at a golden DWG item? You can check through reconstructing (but not actually pressing to confirm).

But yeah, that change from being damaged to getting the killing blow sucks but it's probably healthier for balance than getting 15 ultimate every time an enemy necromancer uses blastbones against you. Or something, idk.

This was more aimed at organized groups running it, and more specifically in Pve.
I'm sure there were ppl running it in pvp raids as well, but I doubt it was as big an issue, as you actually had to commit to wearing set, where as in Pve you could swap it in for trash fights and go into every boss fight with max ult.

This set was always too good to be true since they buffed it. It is insanely strong if you're stomping PUGs. To the person above -- the internal CD was removed when they buffed it last.

I assume this has something to do with the Fighter's Guild passive as well.

Thats the point. I don't care about the numbers. It's the ult-gain.

False, pls don't use fextralife they don't update old sets often enough.
VO just like False God's requires only that you damaged the enemy recently, no killing blow.

So now it is like the fighter's guild passive where you must get the killing blow to get the ultimate.

That actually seems reasonable, but to be honest, I enjoyed generated ultimate so fast that could spam colossus with my stamcro.
