Breton terrier parts bugged

I got the 10 Breton Terrier Mammoth Bones and used them to get the pet but there was just the animation, the parts were consumed and i didn't get my pet, just curious if others have experienced this as well

Check your inventory. The bones create a rune box that you have to consume to get the pet.

Thanks i feel dumb for not reading it throughly i thought I would just get the pet after putting all the parts together

Oh my dear God,, I feel like an idiot. I filed a ticket and submitted a follow-up ticket over this. Oh well, at least I wasn't rude to them.
