[BUG - new set] True-Sworn Fury (Light Armor) is broken

2 – Adds 687 Spell Critical
3 – Adds 129 Spell Damage
4 – Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
5 – Adds 708 Spell Critical and increases your Critical Damage by 4%. This bonus doubles to 1416 Spell Critical and 8% increased Critical Damage when you are under 75% Health. This bonus
doubles to 1416 Spell Critical and 8% increased Critical Damage when you are under 75% Health. This bonus quadruples to 2832 Spell Critical and 16% increased Critical Damage when you are under 50% Health.
What does not work:
When you drop below 75% health your critical chance is getting reduced instead of boosted...
What does work
You still get the critical damage bonus - this is working as intended.

✭I did not, if someone else has the time feel free to report it.
You’re on the PTS, report it. If you don’t, it may end up on live and you’ll only have yourself to blame. That attitude does not help you or other players when the PTS already has a habit of missing so many bugs.
