Man that's 3 times as stupid as the original 15 minute pentalty. Worse given how the the timer begins just by joining a dungeon to everyone and if the other 3 people quit on YOU you're penalised by a system that just punishes everyone and doesn't do a thing about the real problem of people

Actually if you join a dungeon and the other 3 people leave first, you don't get a penalty and can queue again immediately.

Not from my past experience, or has it been changed at some point?
Far as i was aware, everyone gets a 15min timer as soon as the group forms ands they enter the dungeon regardless so if if the\at group ends early, no one can queue untill those 15mins are up.
