There's been a push to make ice staff tanking better and I've appreciated that over the years but I think the "tireless guardian" cp passive was overlooked.
Right now it only reduces the stamina cost of blocking but frost staff tanks need access to this passive too. Stamina already has better block passives via One hand and Shield, frost staffs can't afford to be left out here in CP. This passive should include a cost reduction for blocking with magicka.

Tireless Guardian: Reduce the cost of block by 20 per stage.
