15% Base Damage Reduction

The patch notes mention an added 15% base damage reduction but I can’t find this anywhere on my stat or advanced stat sheets. Where do I find this reduction and does it combine with 50% battle spirit damage reduction?

Since the change was made to a base inherent calculation, I dont think it's something that would show in advanced stats.0
