Lagging every evening the past few days

I'm pretty sure it is not just me but I've noticed the past few days every evening around 7-8pm EST, ESO starts lagging really hard when switching zones and doing guild trader actions.
It took me literally 22 seconds just now to open my guild store at the bank and another 7 seconds to list one item
This delay isn't just me right?

✭It's not you. This has been happening since last update. No clue why, but I suspect that the maintenance tonight is designed to address this issue.1 -

✭✭✭✭I'm not sure I would call it lag, since my character seems to respond normally when in game.
However, the load screens, be it bringing a character into the game or just moving from one point to another that requires a load screen is taking significantly longer. A few times has been in excess of 1 minute.
