Minimum cost possible of vampire lord

ForTheEmpire
Anyone ever tried reaching the min cost by being at stage 4,wearing cost reduction sets, etc (I know the build wouldn't be any good unless for being in vampire lord, Just curious)
What would be the lowest number?

Stage 4 vampirism gives 24% cost reduction, Vampire Lord (set) and potentates give 20% reduction and 15% reduction respectively. You can also run Imperial for another 3%. Interestingly, the vampire lord set stacks additively with the vampire cost reduction. Minimum possible cost of perfect scion (the cheaper morph):

    320*(0.56*0.85*0.97)=148

On sorc you get another 15% cost reduction. So here you could get the cost down to 126 ultimate.

Edit: I used outdated utli values. On fextra the cost is listed as 286 ulti.

    Ult cost reductions:
    - 15% from Akaviri Dragonguard set
    - 15% from Blessing of the Potentates set
    - 15% from Sorcerer passives
    - 3% from Imperial passives
    - 24% from Vampire stage 4 passives

If it's additive (which idk if it is?) that adds up to 72% cost reduction, which would cost 93.8 ultimate. Step 3: ... profit?

Sorcs get such a big ult reduction because every other class has a passive that gives them ~0.5 ult per second, on top of the base 3 ult per second that every gets for using combat abilities. So. There's info for you to do your own fun calculations with. Necros might build ult faster than Sorcs using Necrotic Potency

Edit: person above seems to have a better formula, so 93 ult is wrong (obviously, way too low), but I'll leave the comment up for the other ult cost reduction sources

No form of cost reduction or dmg mitigation is additive in eso, unless I'm completely mistaken. Also the vampire lord set gives more reduction than akaviri or potentates, so I would definitely use that one.

Don't forget about perfect scion, that is cheaper.
That one khajiit obsessed with werewolf behemoth and vampire lord. Lady Thorn is bae, dont @ me.
    Werewolf behemoth=vampire lord>blood scion>werewolf>vampire.

You sure? Cause Fextralife shows 286 ultimate for both morphs

@ForTheEmpire Fextralife is out of date. At least the base cost of perfect scion is 320 ulti on build editor and on skillbook.

I've tried it. I can't remember the exact number, but I was able to get it down to around the same cost of my Templar's Remembrance if I remember correctly.

The problem with this build is you can't build ultimate while in actual Vampire Lord form. I even resorted to some unconventional methods to try and build points quicker, like spamming Siphoning Strikes on myself (which was surprisingly effective lol). But ultimately the window was just too large for me to consider the build worthwhile. So I wouldn't recommend it.

If they ever released a set that allowed you to build ultimate while in Vampire Lord form it could be good.

Perfect Scion is absolutely cheaper than Swarming Scion. One of its benefits since it offers no additional extra damage when compared to Swarming Scion.
