I'm on console, you must be on PC... Most (not all, obviously) console users don't use discord for ESO...

Fair enough. I don't do console so I'm not aware of how structured the out of game communities are. What are some of the needs you're looking to fill with more guilds? Perhaps there are other solutions that could work other than more guilds? I'd suspect that adding more guilds would just dilute the ones players are currently a part of. It's already hard to maintain a guild community when members have 4 other commitments. If players had say, 10 guilds, then even packed guilds might be dead as you're not really a community at that point, but just a list of players, not much different than zone.
