What's Selene proc rate when using Rapid Strikes?

Hey,

I use rapid strikes on most of my stam toon and Selne's procs very often.
Its crazy effective if you have DW/DW, as it also procs on your back bar, every so often. (Although you don't spend that much time there)
Its a 33% chance on each hit of rapids and then your light attacks in-between. it will procs at least twice on my front bar.
