It's updates are a year old I think.

But Eso University have done some amazing classes and articles/guidees on this stuff. They have a current one on synergies. I recommend looking there. https://eso-u.com/

yea ignore my old one, I personally use the UESP for buff and debuff list.

Not up to date with latest changes like warhorn nerf still an good list.

What warhorn nerf? It was buffed with markath, in PvE atleast (major force).

I noticed that most of those lists posted above are incomplete. Specifically the following buffs were missing:

- Major lag: Witness the server hamsters crumble under the enormous load, resulting in skill delay, macro slices and disconnects.
- Minor fps: Watch as poor optimization and needlessly detailed crown store mounts reduce your game experience to a slideshow.(This buff is exclusively available on consoles and potato-pcs).
- Major desync: Enjoy the thrill of having your 35k heavy armour character drop from 100% hp to zero, while looking at a recap of 10 snipes, none of which you saw hitting your character.
