Dugan the Red not giving rewards

Title says. WB Dugan the Red in Malabal Tor isn't giving boss rewards when killed. I thought the issue might be killing him before his two minions (which still shouldn't be a problem), but for some reason attempting this caused the mage to instantly revive with full health. Killing all three got me minor gold, a soul gem and a white-quality belt. Mob trash. This has been going on for at least three weeks, maybe longer. Can anyone else confirm or post a possible fix?
EDIT: Just tried it with someone and they got boss drops, so for some reason this thing is bugged for me. Not affecting any other boss, just this one.
