Weird lighting in Coldharbour Surreal Estate...

Hi! 
I've noticed for a little while now that Coldharbour seems to have gained a very bright 'sun' out of nowhere, but it is particularly bright and unpleasant tonight. I have always really loved that Coldharbour was this dark blank canvas for us to create whatever atmosphere in that we please, but we can't really do that anymore because of this stupidly bright light in the sky that is actually very uncomfortable to look at. Is this a bug, or a new feature? It reminds me of that horrible lighting effect in the Shalidor house, which was reduced in brightness a little on PTS but would still put me off buying that house, personally.
Coldharbour is dark and creepy, but making a dark creepy build there now with this huge blinding light in the sky won't be nearly as great. You can't even go the opposite way and create something nice and pretty or cosy here anymore with this hideous new light effect. Please revert Coldharbour back to the one we bought and paid for, ZOS! This weird new light is really nasty

Spell-Slinger✭✭✭✭Agreed. Then it's also the very strange "spotlight" effect at certain angles in Coldharbour. It's as if there is a light behind the trees in the sky...
However, moving a few inches to the side reveals that there's nothing there. Where is this light even coming from?
