I can't seem to get event tickets on one character

I don't know what it is but one of my characters just never seems to be able to get event tickets. I ran dungeon after dungeon during the undaunted event and now during new life, I just did three quests and didn't get any event tickets. What is going on?

✭✭✭✭✭You've done the intro quest on that character, yes?
And ... doing the specific quests at the New Life tent?
Also making sure you're not at the ticket cap (12 out of 12)?

Yeah, I do the same thing I do on my main character. I get tickets the first try on my main. But on my 2nd character, I can complete the quest and only get boxes. Is it an RNG thing because if it is, I have the worst RNG on this character going back to the undaunted event.0 -

✭✭Yeah, no it's just the one lot of tickets per day per account per server. Do the first NL quest after the day turns over with this toon and you'll get the tickets on them.0 -

✭✭✭You can get tickets on multiple characters in two cases, AFAIK:
1. When tickets are not given in one batch, but something like "one per daily quest up to three"
2. You relog during tickets reset time0
