[PC/NA] Stealth/justice issues: Brass Fortress hideout

The thieves' hideout door in Brass Fortress is NOT AVAILABLE if you are in combat with the guard unless you achieve the timeout like for a normal door. Given that it is also located in a dead end, this can easily lead to death and loss of a lot of stuff.
Additionally, the Timely Escape skill does not work in Brass Fortress and in Belkarth, interaction with the spawned footpad not causing you to teleport to the hideout.
(And I have reported this latter issue at least 20 times over a few years already.)
