Not getting Twitch drops...

I have verified my accounts are linked, steam is linked to Twitch as it ESO directly. I've had this issue in the past and could unlink my accounts and then relink them to force it refresh and turn drops back on for me, but it hasn't worked this time. Got no Ouroboros packs yesterday or this morning...
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

✭Looks like it is working now, wish I didn't have to keep doing this to get drops to work.
Anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing it to not turn on, but after unlinking and relinking it works again.
