Today while playing a Deathmatch battleground, something strange happened. About mid game, my character stopped working altogether. I couldn't swap weapon bars nor use skills, couldn't roll dodge or block either. At first sight, it looked more or less like that bug you get while trying to grapple after one of those side bosses in Unhallowed grave. In order to fix it I decided to close the client and log back in, mostly because reloaduing the UI did not do the trick.
Sadly, when I logged back in I wasn't in the bg anymore, and I had acquired the quitter debuff. I waited for it to be gone and queued back in. For some reason the battleground queue appeared to be unusually long (around 20 minutes), so I did what seems to fix most things these days: closed the game and tried again. It worked (the queue was almost instant).
After around 4-5 minutes in the battleground, the whole client crashed. I thought about jumping right back in, but couldn't. As it has been happening to other people, the crashed client (basically, a black screen) was stuck at the forefront of Windows, and for some reason it was overriding the task manager. Since I wasn't able to shut down the process, I just restarted my computer.
By the time I managed to log back in, the battleground was probably already over. Not that it mattered: I had the quitter debuff again.
