LATEST PATCH ON 4 DECEMBER 2020 PREVENTS LOGIN

Just did the latest 800MB+ Patch on XBOX ONE; power-cycled console (even pulled the plug to be sure), and when I run ESO now, it comes up and says I must download patch and install it to access online content. THERE ARE NO PATCHES TO INSTALL, I'M FULLY PATCHED.

Please dig into this ASAP.
