Consistent Disconnects in PC EU Blackreach Campaign & CP IC

My guild is made up from players of many different countries and we run PvP Blackreach & IC every day for about 3 hours per day every single day.
We are plagued by random disconnects of most players on a consistent basis. This happens too frequent to be ascribed to addons or that countries internet.
Yet I do not see this listed as a problem on the Known Issues Thread. WHY NOT?
