This quest is a little buggy. First time I entered the Arkthzand Orrery I couldn't speak to Verandis. Had to leave and reload the instance to get him to finish his dialogue.

    How did u find this quest? I don't see Arkthzand Orrery on my map

    It's at the end of the Markarth DLC main questline.
