The quest marker sends you on a wild goose chase as they are not where they are supposed to be. Also if you go to the right spot I can only find one quest item. It has been to long since I've done this quest to remember where they are supposed to be so I can't tell if the other 3 are missing or just don't have markers.
I recorded it on twitch to share here.
I bring up the journal first then hit map so you can clearly see where the marked locations are and they appear to be working backwards in that if you are in the north it shows you the right spot but if you are in the south it tries to send you through Bangkorai Pass and when you travel through the Pass it shows it in the correct location again. If you actually go to the location you can sometimes get a marker to show for a split second as you click on the object but I didn't capture that in the video, they just are not there.

✭I was able to find a video online and I did find all of the items but the marker did not show where to end the quest either, however I remembered where to go and it did complete the quest. Also, it change the marker for Old Tower to completed.
