ready check - dungeon finder

I queued for vet arx daily pledges, as dps, i know it would take a while so i started a solo arena... 35 min later, i see notification in my chat window about the ready check, so i suicide myself, thinking i can release and accept the dungeon finder request but surprise...
as soon as i die, i got the option to release at the wayshrine prompt... i try to accept that... but i got the message, you can't accept a ressurection when their is a ready check pending... unable to rez till i got the timeout for the ready check.... 35 min to waste...
is that intended? or just another bug?
so you can't ressurect while a random dungeon ready check is pending... so you can't just suicide to do the dungeon right now...
