Have Vvardenfell Hall of Jusitce Delve Dailies stopped giving bounty dispensation?

For the past few days, the Hall of Justice daily quest in the delve has only given gold and no "Hall of Justice bounty dispensation" chest.
eg. Kwama Conundrum
Was this on purpose or a bug?
Anyone know?

Yes, that is happening to me , as well! Nothing but a gold reward! which is weird. I presume it's a bug. Hope they'll fix this

Happening to me too. Very upsetting since I'm trying to get the antiquity lead that only drops from those quests.

This has been happening to me, and I did write a bug report concerning it. After that an 'event ticket' started showing up on the rewards for the Vvardenfell dailies, which became a Hall of Justice Explorer's Dispensation when you turned in the quest.

Now there is only a gold amount listed as a reward, so to be on the safe side, I have NOT turned in my Vvardenfell daily.

Should I write another bug report, or do they already know this is happening?

I have put 2 tickets in. One when it first started happening and one after the last patch, to let them know that it is still happening. So far, not even a murmur from them. Support for this game is just getting worst and worst.
I have put in 5 tickets in the past 2 months and they haven't even been acknowledged.
