On the last boss we get stuck in place and cannot move. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution?

Not me personally as tank but happened to the healer. After we got pulled in the first time, the healer was stuck in place for the rest of the fight.

Add it to this list https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/552328/list-of-dungeons-that-markhart-patch-broke#latest

It happened to me yesterday. My character was locked and doing a weird animation. I could not break free until the boss pulled me again on it.

Happened to me about 10 minutes ago.

Never happened to me before in about 4 years.

It happened to me twice yesterday on two characters. The only way I could get out of being stuck was being pulled by the boss or dying.

    Same happaned to me yesterday
I used the unstuck command and it teleported me to the beginning of the dungeon but I still couldn't move.
Left the group and teleported back outside and I was fine

Yep, it happened a couple of nights ago to our healer. She had to log out, then back in, to complete the dungeon.

Indeed, this bug is new in U28.
The "eternal stun" bug happens to me as tank when I dodge-roll out of the red Boss AoE.
When I keep standing in the red AoE, the bug does not happen.

Happend to me and my group yesterday as well. (We were doing vetHm for pledges).
It ended up happening to two dd's and the tank during the fight.

It looked like doing the projectile mechanic caused the bug to get stuck.
We got unstuck by the boss's mechanic, where it pulls everybody together (if the person was still alive)

Yes I had it happen and most of my group had it happen. To the point I had to be quick and port out and port back before group disbanded for the last boss loot drops

As far as I can tell, it happens if you're on the edge of the AoE when it hits. I'm able to move again if I get pulled in or knocked back.

This. Happened to 2 people in my group last night. Both times, players on the edge of the AoE get stunned in place or appear to be walking on the spot. Cannot cast, block, roll, or do anything until pulled in which undoes it.

It's caused by the AoE explosion that that boss does after she pulls you in, if you are near the AoE when it explodes (even if you are just outside it).

I've been able to reliably avoid this by rolling backwards as soon as she pulls me in with her webs, which ensures sufficient distance between me and the explosion when it goes off.

If, instead of roll dodging, I just try to walk backwards to avoid the AoE (which is what I usually did), then I would get stuck (even though I would be out of the AoE and take no damage from it, I was still too close and would be affected by this bug).

TL;DR: Roll back, rather than walk back, after she pulls you in for the explosion.

Just ran nSC1 solo yesterday. Darn final boss uses CC routinely so my elf often spends half the fight it seems unable to do anything so it is very hard to tell if the CC is bugged or not. It is certainly an irritating boss though when she can spend all her CCs on one solo player, lol. At least I get plenty of 4 second breaks to grab a sip of coffee during the fight.

Her CCs can be avoided by dodge rolling. If you don’t have addons that warn you, just pay attention to her. Every time she rears up, it will be one of her three mechanics.

I was still getting frozen on the spot last night even with significant distance outside of the AOE. I have always dodgerolled that mechanic because I play melee characters. I solo this dungeon whenever it’s a pledge so the mechs are easy enough to avoid because she has a yell and it’s always in the same order. Fortunately on normal it’s very forgiving and the damage is minimal so I just resorted to throwing up a shield and eating the damage and letting my heal over time top me back off. It’s not a technique that I like, but it works for now until they fix the bug.

The one you do have to look out for if you try this technique is on about her 4th or 5th time shooting the webs that pull you in she follows up with the immediate stun and AOE right after and likes to do her charge attack. You don’t need to avoid all of them on normal but at least try to break free and roll immediately to avoid the stun. That gives you enough time to eat the AOE and block the charge.

Of course if you’ve got a bow maybe you can just cheese it and skip all the mechs, though the last 2 times I tried it she didn’t come down the stairs so she was out of range.
