still constant crashing with no known reason

so starting in june my game broke. permanently it seems. i've tried everything in the book. I went through every single possible support outcome with zos and did everything- resetting routers, dns, redownloading, patching, fixing files, blah blah blah. every possible suggestion offered by zos, and even other players so far, i've tried.
Every day no matter what i do, i get kicked to log in with An Uknown Error has occured. if I try to relog it says my character's already logged in. I tried getting help with support so many times and their final answer was just "probably because of covid more ppl are playing and you crash more cos our servers cant handle it"
it's depressing. I can't play the game anymore no matter how much i want to- it's unplayable. even just trying to do casual content like antiquities i crashed 3 times trying to excavate 1 single digsight.
does anybody have similar issues? i'm on pc na on steam. My last two resorts if i really really need to keep playing were to try buying base game eso through the site and not using steam to see if maybe steam somehow messes it up, or moving back to console [on which i have barely a millionth of the gold/achievements/skins/gear/levels i do on pc] and seeing if i get the same issues there.
this feels so hopeless. nothing has fixed it in over 3 months. i've tried so many countless times. it feels pointless. is this really how i have to say goodbye to the game? does anybody have similar experiences since greymoor came out?

✭✭When I'm told my character is already logged in, that's usually a Steam problem. I have to shut it down entirely (including the little icon on the task bar which stays open) and restart to fix that.
It doesn't crash me out of the game frequently but that's the only similarity.PC NA0 -
Smaxx✭✭✭✭✭If you get "Account already logged in." just take it a bit slower. If I crash or get kicked back due to an unknown error or whatever, I wait 30 seconds. That's a kind of "login cooldown" they added a while back. If you sit that out, you should get in without that error happening.
I occasionally still get it at very first login of a day, but I guess that's related to heavy load and the server tripping over itself.0
