Unable to kill the boar in Vateshran Hunter's Grotto

I've been unable to kill the boar in Hunter's Grotto in Vateshran multiple times after killing the spriggan. It seems to happen when I stack the mobs, but it might be something else as well. This leads to not being able to pass the boar and thus not advance in the arena.

Just killed the boar 10 meters away from the spriggan, got the visual blessing on the, still unable to harm the boar.
