Elemental drain not working on dummies

Elemental drain isn't applying the major breach debuff on dummies, it only applies the minor magicka steal.

Can this pleased be fixed soon?

The breach is applied to dummies. It is just that currently dummies are not showing breach debuffs on themselves. You can test the damage changes yourself.
