Minor Slayer/Aegis lost after reviving. Bug or UI glitch? PC-EU

Died with healer during a trial and with dd while fighting a dragon and i noticed that once i revived these buffs disappeared. Reload UI didn't bring the buff icons back so i don't think the UI is the issue. Got the buffs back only after i unequipped and reequipped all my 5 piece gear. Bug or UI glitch? Using LUI for tracking.
